Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By installing or using the Revifly Shopify app ("App") or accessing Revifly's services ("Services"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you are using the App on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business.

2. Description of Services

Revifly provides performance-based marketing tools for Shopify merchants, including:

  • Creation and management of discount offers and voucher codes
  • Attribution of sales to marketing partners (publishers)
  • Billing and credit management for voucher redemptions
  • Analytics and reporting on offer performance

3. Your Obligations

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information when installing and configuring the App
  • Comply with Shopify's terms and policies
  • Use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms
  • Not misuse the App, reverse engineer it, or attempt to gain unauthorized access
  • Pay all applicable fees for the App and Services

4. Data and Privacy

Your use of the App is subject to our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you consent to our collection, use, and processing of data as described in the Privacy Policy. We process data as a processor on behalf of you (the merchant) as the data controller for your store's customer data.

5. Billing and Payments

Revifly is a performance marketing network. The Shopify app is a free integration tool for voucher validation and campaign management. Campaign budgets (marketing spend) are commercial agreements between you and Revifly, handled outside Shopify. Payments for campaign budget are collected via Revifly (e.g., Razorpay, Stripe) and are not processed through Shopify's Billing API. You prepay campaign budget which is used when offers are created and vouchers are redeemed. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as stated in our refund policy.

6. Intellectual Property

Revifly retains all rights to the App, Services, branding, and related intellectual property. You receive a limited license to use the App for your business during the term of your subscription.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Revifly shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or business. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees you paid to Revifly in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

You may uninstall the App at any time through your Shopify admin. Revifly may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, we will delete your shop data as described in our Privacy Policy (shop/redact webhook).

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. We will notify you of material changes via the App or email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree, you must uninstall the App.
